Who: New and Experienced Wrestlers in Pre-K through 6th Grade
What: Practice Sessions Focused on Wrestling Skills & Technique
We will try our best to provide at least one tournament opportunity. Also, there are many local individual tournaments occurring that you can take your wrestler to in order to get some mat time in! (Coaches will be available for many weekend tournaments)

Pre K - Kindergarten Intro to Wrestling Session
- 12/3-1/7 (no practice 12/24 & 12/31)
- Wednesday Nights 6:00-7:00
1st-3rd Grade
- 12/2 - 2/19
- Tuesdays 6-7 pm and
- Thursdays 6-7 pm
4th - 6th Grade
- 12/2 - 2/19
- Tuesdays 7-8:30 pm and
- Thursdays 7-8:30 pm
Where
Pine Island Wrestling Room
Practices
Intro Session will practice one night a week.
Grades 1st through 6th will practice 2x per week.
What to wear/expect:
We typically hold over 25 scheduled practices, open mats, and scrimmages each year. In addition, there are many local tournaments you can participate in. Be sure to check the calendar for important dates and details—and check back often, as events may be updated or added throughout the season
Practices will be held each Tuesday and Thursday, December through February.
Intro session practices will be held on Wednesday in December with the opportunity to upgrade in January. (See Intro dates for specifics)
Singlets for Tournaments
Pine Island youth wrestling will be renting singlets this year.
$20.00 and returned at the end of season.

PAC Meeting for Youth Parents
There will be a mandatory youth wrestling PAC meeting on Monday, November 24th at 6:30 pm in the Forum Room.

Youth Singlet Rental
If your wrestler needs a singlet this season, youth wrestling singlets are available to rent for $20.
This option is available in Crossbar and can be added to your registration.
These are to be returned at the end of the season otherwise $50 extra fee if not returned.
