Summer Opportunities:

• Monday/Wednesday/Friday

  • 7:00am - Speed on the practice field

  • 8:00am - Strength Program in the weight room

  • 9:00am - Skill Work 

• All opportunities are strongly encouraged, but optional.

• Summer Incentives:

  • To Encourage participation we offer the following:

    • Individual

      • 85% of workouts - Apparel at end of summer

      • Shirts for weight goals (ex. 250lb bench club) 

    • Team

      • Teams will be drafted

      • Compete to have highest % Attendance

      • Meal to the winning team (Was BWW last year)
